Happy Diversity

The project „Happy Diversity“ arises from the need of parents' and carers' organisations to acquire basic knowledge of appropriate care and support for pupils with Specific Educational Support Needs (SEN). Access to all kinds of specific information, materials, support resources and also having a counseling service favours an education system that is able to meet all kinds of needs and challenges. All this information favours a respectful and collaborative work and care environment between the different professionals and families that interact within the educational centres.

Das Projekt „Happy Diversity“ entstand aus dem Bedürfnis von Eltern- und Betreuerorganisationen, sich ein Grundwissen über die angemessene Betreuung und Unterstützung von Schülern mit besonderem pädagogischen Förderbedarf anzueignen. Der Zugang zu allen Arten von spezifischen Informationen, Materialien, Unterstützungsressourcen und auch zu einem Beratungsdienst begünstigt ein Bildungssystem, das in der Lage ist, allen Arten von Bedürfnissen und Herausforderungen gerecht zu werden. All diese Informationen begünstigen ein respektvolles und kooperatives Arbeits- und Betreuungsumfeld zwischen den verschiedenen Fachkräften und Familien, die in den Bildungszentren zusammenarbeiten.

Project Diversity training pathways "Happy Diversity"

The partner consortium consists of 2 organizations from Germany and Spain, all of which have specific expertise in the field of adult education. The LLAMADA SOLIDARIA FOUNDATION from Spain is the project leader with a partner BIDA e.V., Kultur und Bildung, Germany.

Das Partnerkonsortium besteht aus zwei Organisationen aus Deutschland und Spanien, die alle über spezifische Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Erwachsenenbildung verfügen. Projektleiter ist die LLAMADA SOLIDARIA FOUNDATION aus Spanien und der Partner BIDA e.V., Kultur und Bildung, Deutschland.

Objectives

To create a network of collaboration and exchange of methodologies between entities working in favour of inclusive education; to create an online channel on educational resources to encourage equal participation.

Schaffung eines Netzwerks für die Zusammenarbeit und den Austausch von Methoden zwischen Einrichtungen, die sich für eine integrative Bildung einsetzen; Einrichtung eines Online-Kanals für Bildungsressourcen zur Förderung der gleichberechtigten Teilhabe.

Angebot eines Schulungsdienstes für Elternorganisationen und Elternbetreuer, unabhängig davon, ob sie von gefährdeten Bevölkerungsgruppen betroffen sind oder nicht, damit alle über sonderpädagogischen Förderbedarf in all seinen Varianten Bescheid wissen; Angebot eines Empowerment-Dienstes für Familien und eines Informations- und Beratungsdienstes für die Begünstigten des Projekts.

To offer a training service aimed at parents' organisations and parent carers themselves, whether or not they are affected by vulnerable populations, so that all are aware and knowledgeable about special educational needs in all its variants; to offer an empowerment service to families and an information and advice service to the beneficiaries of the project.
